We feel it is important to address recent defamatory statements online regarding OnlyFest and House of Bathory Events Ltd. As the official creators and owners of the brand, we have always been committed to supporting creators, ensuring safety, and upholding ethical standards.

We want to make it clear that @OnlyFestUK on Instagram is no longer the official account.

For months, we have remained silent on this matter, choosing to focus on finding a resolution. However, recent actions and statements have prompted us to speak out and set the record straight. We emphatically dispute the majority of the information that has been shared about us.

The OnlyFest name and logo have always belonged to us, as we are the original creators and owners of both the brand and its intellectual property. We developed the name, logo artwork, and the vision behind the event from the ground up. Despite efforts to usurp our brand, spread misinformation, and damage our reputation, we remain focused on protecting our creators and the integrity of the events we have worked so hard to build.

We are fully committed to upholding our rights and continuing to support the creative community we’ve built. We are aware of the legal protections in place for our intellectual property, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure that our brand remains protected from any unauthorised use or misrepresentation.

Though our journey has been difficult, we will not be deterred. We are dedicated to empowering our creators and continuing to build a community that celebrates creativity, inclusivity, and safety. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding during this extremely challenging time.
